The hotel is ideally located across from Wrigley Field, making it a prime spot for Cubs fans and those looking to explore the vibrant area. The staff is attentive and friendly, though there were some issues with payment handling. The dining options are good but could use improvement. The room rates are on the higher side, but the overall experience is positive.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the WiFi connection was excellent. It felt cozy and appealing overall, although the room was a bit small.
